7 habits of effective people: working like James Bond

Always wondered how you could live, work and act like James Bond? Here’s the answer how!

Skill 1: Bluff like a professional
Mr. Bond is a man who can beat someone with a straight flush. You only have to practice a perfect poker face. Over and over again. This skill also comes in handy when your boss asks you why you went home earlier yesterday.

Skill 2: Sarcasm
James Bond is well known for subtle oneliners like “the whole world’s gonna know that you died scratching my balls”. It doesn’t matter how bad your situation at work is. At least try to stay out of stress by firing back sarcastic arguments towards your collegagues. It helps you to sustain your humouristic endurance and it will reduce stress!

Skill 3: Be aware!
Awareness is probably the most important skill needed for surviving. Especially during a financial breakdown when your trustees are after you! Be aware! Give yourself time to react and enact.

Skill 4: Be a geek! Embrace technology
Mr. Bond embraces technology like you probably embrace keeping your current job. In order to survive, use as many technologic gadgets as you can!

Skill 5: Learn how to jump!

Jumping might come in handy when you are caught in the act coping internal documents before your dismissal or transfer to another company. Olympic jumps have long been a skill in James’ arsenal. It saved his life many times.

Skill 6: Treat the ladies right
… because they’re the one holding the cards very often. Be nice to them and they’ll do you a favor.

Skill 7: Never cry
Never spill any tears in front of your fellow friends or colleagues when you missed your boat or made a terrible mistake. Always smile like a lunatic. Because when you’re smiling the rest of the world smiles back to you!

Now the question is, are you able to work like James Bond? What skill would you practice the most?
